Welcome to Eckhart Elementary School! This website contains an events calendar to help you and your child know the many events that are planned for the 2008/2009 school year, educational programs, information on how you can be involved in our school, assessment information, different ways to contact us, and a link to our most current newsletter.

Eckhart Elementary is unique in that it only contains Kindergarten and First grade student. Eckhart's 2008/2009 enrollment has been around 250 students. Currently there are six kindergarten and six first grade classrooms.

Our staff includes one principal, one secretary, one full-time custodian, one part-time custodian, one head cook and one supporting cook staff, one librarian, one computer lab teacher, one special education teacher and one supporting staff, one remedial education teacher and one supporting staff, two classroom support staff, six kindergarten teachers, six first grade teachers, one ESL teacher, one remedial math teacher, one Colorado Reading First reading coach, one counselor, one nurse, and three grandparent volunteers.
