The Trinidad School District is committed to providing a clear view of how tax dollars are spent and how we operate.

While we have made financial information available for years, consolidating it on this Web page is the first step toward even greater financial transparency.

We invite you to use the Cash Payment Register linked below to review district expenditures, and review the reports listed below to see our financial
performance.

The district's total appropriated budget for fiscal year 2010 is $19,709,000.

The Budget Office is responsible for preparing the District's annual budget and for tracking expenditures. They also prepare complex analysis and reports for district management including the Board of Education and Leadership Council.

2010-2011 Budget Development Process Trinidad School District Public Schools will again be enlisting the help of parents, community members, staff, students and other key stakeholders to develop the new school year budget.
