Trinidad High SchoolWelcome to Trinidad High School where our students range from 9th to 12th grade and are enrolled in classes during a seven period day which begins at 7:55 and ends at 3:34. Trinidad High School's current enrollment is 405 students. Our certified staff consists of 24 full time teachers, 2 part time teachers, 2 counselors, and 2 administrators. Our classified staff consists of 2 secretaries, 3 para professionals, 4 custodians, and 5 cafeteria workers. Our staff is filled with caring, compassionate, dedicated and highly qualified educators who total over 450 years of teaching experience, many of whom are alumni who have a genuine vested interest in the success of THS. THS is an institution in which students gain knowledge and skills so that they can become productive, successful and responsible young adults in our community. It is our goal to motivate, educate and challenge ALL students to meet their full potential. We have a quality Special Education program that serves our students. And in conjunction with Colorado's R.T.I. (Response to Intervention) we have developed a multi-tiered intervention approach that is aimed at meeting the learning needs of ALL students at THS.
